What Do They Use Sleeknote For?

Their primary goal was to generate leads for their telemarketing department who calls potential customers.

Today, they basically use Sleeknote in three ways.

1. Contact Form

First of all, they use a SleekBox as a contact box, where the visitor can give their information if they want to receive a call from their telemarketing department.

“We have acquired a lot of sign-ups for our newsletter and we have received permissions to call all those people who have signed up.”

2. Collecting Permissions

The second thing they use Sleeknote for is to get permissions. For example, they create a competition and when their visitors participate in the competition, they ask them if they want to give them permission to call them.

3. Exit Intent

Lastly, they have a SleekBox set for exit intent. When their visitors are about to leave the site, they ask them if they would like to receive a call from their telemarketing department. That has actually been very successful.

On their website, the SleekBoxes has been viewed 7+ million times. Furthermore, they have acquired 127,000+ leads, which gives them a 1,8 % conversion rate.

3’s Favorite Feature

Here’s the E-Commerce Manager from 3, Morten Storm Lind’s explanation of his favorite Sleeknote feature

“I know it’s not a feature, but really like the editor, which is really intuitive and easy to use. Everyone can use it. If I start creating a SleekBox, I could easily have someone else come in and finish it without any problems. One of the features I really like is the rule-engine where you can include or exclude specific visitor segments based on different UTM parameters and cookies. This way we don’t overexpose our visitors to our SleekBoxes. It’s a relatively small thing, but mean a lot to the overall user experience on our site.”
