As an Inbound Sales Executive:

  • Your role is to manage the flow of incoming leads, to qualify leads during calls, and to carry out product demos. 
  • As a Sales Executive, your role is also to close deals, composing and sending proposals.
  • Effectively managing a pipeline of opportunity to ensure regular contact and maximize your conversion rates.
  • Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, demos and qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and activity records using HubSpot.
  • Partner closely with Head of Inbound to develop, implement and execute strategies.

Qualifications include:

  • A professional interest in building a career in sales.
  • Self disciplined, organized and ambitious. Able to consistently achieve daily and monthly goals.
  • Go-getter attitude that displays initiative and persistence, all with a innovative mindset.
  • Positive and creative attitude with professional communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, high-energy sales-team environment.
  • Experience in Inbound Sales and/or Account Executive or recent industry experience in a comparable Sales position.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of the full sales cycle utilizing your strong communication skills.
  • Excellent English spoken and written skills (knowing Dutch/Spanish/Italian is a plus)

Process:

  • Apply for the position with your CV and picture
  • Our Head of Sales will do a short phone screening with relevant candidates
  • After the phone screening, we will evaluate who goes on for the next round. The next round will include a 1-1 interview at the office with a case you need to prepare in advance.
