Get inspired was founded in 2009 and is a sport and fashion webshop. In 2009, we only sold training videos about yoga and pilates, but after 1 ½ years we decided to sell sports apparel instead.

Our office and warehouse is located in Trondheim, Norway, and we are approximately 30 employees. Over the past years we’ve experienced incredible growth of around 100% each year, and we just won the Norwegian awards for best online store which is something we’ve been working towards the last two years by improving our website in all possible ways.

Why did you choose Sleeknote and what do you use it for today?

We needed an effective way to capture value from all the visits we had on our website and increase our email list. We gave Sleeknote a try and it didn’t take long to see how we could benefit from using Sleeknote.

We’ve done a lot of A/B split testing to find out how the sleeknote should look to get the highest conversion rate. At the moment, we use a weekly sleeknote where we give away a gift card or a product every week to one lucky new subscriber. What are your results with Sleeknote?

On our website, our sleeknotes have been viewed +3,900,000 times. Furthermore, we have acquired +150,000 leads, which gives us a conversion rate of 3,8%, which is very satisfying. What we also see, is that our conversion rate improves every week as long as we keep on doing A/B split testing.

What is the best thing about Sleeknote?

I’ve checked out your new editor 2.0 and I really like it, it looks very promising.

The simplicity of the last editor is good as well. The drag-n-drop function makes it possible to create and customize a sleeknote without any hassle. You just need a photo and something to write and then you’re almost done.

What’s the first word that comes to your mind when you think of Sleeknote?

Effectiveness!

If i have to compare the effectiveness of Sleeknote with something else, it’s like running a Facebook competition where people have to sign up to participate.

What advice would you give me, if I were to try Sleeknote?

Test everything. Test every word you use in the sleeknote, if you should use a photo or not, what incentive you should use and so on.

Also, test what day works best. We’ve experienced a huge difference in our conversion rate, depending on what day we pick the winner of our competition. Just go crazy on the testing!
