Coop has 2 different online shops, and they use Sleeknote for various purposes, including guiding visitors, increasing sales and generating newsletter signups.
mad.coop.dk is a relatively new shop so they use Sleeknote to increase the awareness of their shop and get their visitors to try them. Therefore, they offer a discount code of 100 DKK.
Coop also uses Sleeknote to make their visitors aware of special offers. These offers can be on certain products or brands, or free delivery.
Here is an example of a sleeknote from mad.coop.dk offering free delivery, if the customer buys goods for more than 800 DKK.
Coop also uses Sleeknote to get people to sign up for their newsletter. One of the ways in which they do this is by using a competition as an incentive. At the moment, they have a competition where you can win a VW Cabriolet electric car for children on shopping.coop.dk. Instead of using an input field in the popup, they ask you to press the CTA button. The CTA button then leads to a landing page, where you put in your email address to participate in the competition.
Some time ago, they used a different kind of SleekBox to collect signups where they used the “fear of missing out” tactic.
The SleekBox said:“You are missing something… – Sign up for our newsletter and be the first to get all our good offers. Get up to 50% discount.”
