Outbound Sales Manager

We are seeking a competent, motivated, and ambitious individual for the position of Outbound Sales Manager. 

This role and the department will be a key factor in reaching company goals in 2021.

Your Responsibilities:

  • On-going contact with lead-supplying freelancers
  • Calling and emailing cold (80-90% of the time), quality leads from our database with the purpose of having them sign up for a free demo or free trial of Sleeknote software. (50+ manual touchpoints on a full day.)
  • Proactively keep outbound sales team CRM pipeline up to date
  • Frequently develop and implement sales strategies and scripts
  • Recruitment of new outbound sales team members (interviews and roleplays)
  • Leading and coaching a growing outbound team (currently 4 professionals)
  • Set quarterly team, as well as individual, budgets
  • Responsible for the overall performance of the outbound sales team
  • Develop appropriate metrics and performance expectations
  • Provide weekly updates to the whole sales team
  • Report directly to our Head of Sales

Your Skills/Attributes:

  • Experience in sales and cold canvas (SaaS experience is a plus)
  • Experience in telemarketing 
  • Strong leadership skills—you will have a hunter mentality and have the ability to lead from the front
  • Having the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Team-motivated and goal-oriented, you create the results through clear goals, coaching, and lots of training and feedback.
  • You create results because you are motivating and always focus on the performance of the individual and the group.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The drive to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian

  • After the phone screening, we will evaluate who goes on for the next round. The next round will include a 1-1 interview at the office with a sales case you need to prepare in advance
