We wanted signups for our newsletter and discovered that Sleeknote was a good way to get this.
We did also consider similar products but none of these gave the opportunity to customize the popups in the same way as Sleeknote does. As a fashion company, it’s of high importance that we can use our own images, colors, and fonts – And we can’t do this with other tools than Sleeknote. That is the main reason we chose Sleeknote.
The main purpose of our SleekBoxes has been to sign people up for our newsletter. A few times, we have also used Sleeknote to create “mini” campaigns. During sales, we have created SleekBoxes saying things like “Buy 2 pieces and save 20%”.
To summarize, we have always used Sleeknote to collect signups or to draw attention to a product category or site.
Obviously, there’s a big difference in the number of visitors on our sites, but in general, we collect between 50 and 200 new signups each month on each site, depending on the number of visitors. That is very satisfying.
Here is an example of one of the SleekBoxes DK Company use to collect new signups – Notice how the SleekBox matches the website.
“Sleeknote is a great lead generation tool that is easy to customize and it continuously provides good results.”
First of all, get started!
If I should give a small step-to-step guide on what you should consider before creating your first SleekBox, it would look like this:
1. Think about what the purpose of the SleekBox is. Do you want to collect signups, share information or generate sales with this SleekBox? Remember you can create more SleekBoxes, so you have to consider this for each SleekBox you create.
2. Consider if your SleekBox should be exit-intent, time activated or include/exclude visitors from specific sites.
3. Create your SleekBox, and make sure to target the SleekBox to whatever you choose in step 1.
We’ve had a few support cases, and your support has always responded quickly and shown great willingness to help. I’ve been very happy with the collaboration with Sleeknote.
