Why driving urgency with daily offers works

Visitors often hesitate and plan to “buy later,” which usually means never. By using daily offers, you create urgency, reduce procrastination, and motivate return visits—especially during sales seasons like Black Friday or Christmas.

How to use daily offers in Sleeknote

  1. Create a campaign with Form, Success, and optionally a Teaser step.
  2. In the Form step, click Edit offers, set the campaign timeframe, and add each day’s title, image, discount code, and optional link.
  3. Enable Tease tomorrow’s deal to build anticipation and encourage visitors to return.
  4. Publish the campaign. The Success step automatically shows the correct day, title, and coupon code.
  5. Track performance and refine offers to maximize conversions and engagement.

Tips

  • Use clear deadlines like “Today only” to reinforce urgency.
  • Make coupon codes easy to copy and redeem across devices.
  • Match visuals to the campaign theme (Black Friday, Christmas, Easter).

Hi. In this video, I’ll show you how to drive urgency with daily offers. The challenge can be when a visitor lands on your website, they see a deal, they often hesitate, and they just think, okay. I’ll I’ll come back later.

But later usually means never, which we don’t want to happen. So instead, you can use daily offers to give your visitors a reason to act today and right now, But, also, by having a new deal each day in a given time period, you also give them a reason to come back. So let me just show you how it works. I’m just gonna enter my name.

I’m gonna enter my email as well, and I’m gonna accept and say get today’s deal. And then because it’s Sunday, I see that the Sunday deal is fifteen percent off all hand creams. I can easily copy and use the discount code. It’s really easy to set up, and I’m just gonna show you how.

We have the teaser. We have the success step, and we have the form. When we click the form and click edit offers, you see everything you need. We have a given time period that we’ve selected.

You have the title. You can upload an image. You can decide the discount code that you should show. You can also decide to add a link to the image, and then you can also decide to tease for tomorrow’s deal.

So when we go to the success step, you can see that the day will automatically be added. The title from what you just decided on the form step will automatically be added and the same for the coupon code. So each day, once you’ve set up these offers, a new deal will appear. And as I mentioned, it’s a great way to get visitors to return and to act now.

You can use it for Black Week. You can use it for Black Friday. You can use it for Christmas, Easter, and so on. It’s a great way.
