In this lesson, we will look at how Zapier can send the data you collect through your campaigns to several integrations simultaneously. We will cover the basics of what Zapier can do and how this system can be connected to your Sleeknote campaign. So let’s get started!
Zapier is an online automation tool that connects your favorite apps. You can connect two or more apps to automate repetitive tasks without coding or relying on developers to build the integration.
To connect Zapier to your Sleeknote you will have to do a couple actions on both sites and go back and forth a little bit.
The first step is to log into your Zapier account, make a zap and select webhooks. Next, you should select catch hook and continue on the next step on the platform. Here you will be given a webhook URL which you will have to copy paste to your Sleeknote campaign.
But where exactly? Connecting to Zapier in our editor takes place in the settings part under integration with your favorite email software. From all the icons here choose the orange flower, which is the logo of Zapier.
Here you insert your webhook URL and click on continue mapping. Further, you will need to specify which exact data you would like us to send to you Zapier list. This is done by filling out campaign and Zapier fields. The fields that you would like to save can, for example, be name and email.
Once you are all done with matching your fields click on send test zap and most importantly do not forget to save your integration!
You will now have to go back to your Zapier account and click on “ok I did this”, wait a few moments and press continue.
I know that this was a bit complicated and you had to go back and forth a lot, but the integration is now done! Now you can select an action of what you would like Zapier to do.

You make a connection between your campaign, Zapier and Bonjoro. Every single lead that just made a sign up will automatically be sent to your Bonjoro account and you can send them your small video message welcoming them to your company. Pretty cool right?
Zapier can truly help you on many levels. First and the most important is automation, which will save a lot of your time and effort. It is fairly easy to set up and it connects more than 1 000 web applications.
Having some type of integration is necessary as we only store data regarding your leads for a period of three months. Without an integration, you will have to be downloading CSV files with your leads and the storing of them might become messy.
