During events like Black Friday, shoppers are overwhelmed by options. Product recommendations offer curated suggestions that feel personalized, tapping into principles like social proof and urgency to increase conversions and reduce decision fatigue.
Showing the right products at the right time can make the difference between a bounce and a sale. When recommendations are timely and relevant, they feel helpful, not pushy, and often lead to higher conversion rates and stronger customer satisfaction.
