Røde Kors is a humanitarian organisation internationally known as Red Cross, who establishes humanitarian collections whenever there is a disaster or a situation anywhere in the world. What is unique about Røde Kors?

We are the world’s largest humanitarian organisation. We offer help here in Denmark and abroad when disasters strike and in refugee situations – in all kinds of crisis situations. We collect money to help, and it is a part of our digital presence to draw attention to eventual donations and current situations worldwide.

What was your goal, when you started using Sleeknote?

To be completely honest? We only got Sleeknote because we read about others, who use it!

What has Sleeknote helped you with?

We use Sleeknote when we want the user to focus on something specific and lead them to the right page on our site. It could be asking them to help, become volunteers and so on. We don’t use Sleeknote for its main purpose; email marketing, we aren’t generating any signups. We use it as an attention drawer. That means that if you are on an information page about a disaster, the Sleeknote helps the user become aware of the opportunity to donate or contribute.

What results have you achieved using Sleeknote?

Sleeknote helps us to solve a problem – the problem is, that people might read a text and then just move on. Sleeknote makes the user stop and read it, and it forces the reader to consider how to proceed. Since we started using Sleeknote, our bounce rate has decreased a lot, which is very positive.

How has the collaboration with Sleeknote been?

In the beginning, Sleeknote helped us with the set-up, and they replied immediately. Besides that, I have experienced that whenever I have made a proposition someone has listened and tried to solve the problem or take my comments into account. It has worked well.
