Bravo Tours is the third-largest travel agency in Denmark. This year, we expect to sell +200,000 travels to destinations all over the world. We sell all kind of travels; charter, cruises, safaris, etc. Basically, we try to cover all types of travels and destinations.

It is of highest importance to us that our customers feel safe and see us as professionals when they travel with Bravo Tours. For that reason, we always make sure that our tour guides speak Danish and have all the knowledge they need. Therefore, they arrive several weeks before the guests to learn everything about the destination and that’s what makes us unique as a travel agency.

Why did you choose Sleeknote and what do you use it for today?

Some time ago, we challenged ourselves: Could we collect 100,000 new leads in just 5 months? We created a landing page with a competition, but we also needed a flexible tool that could target all the traffic we got from various sources to our main website. That’s when we found Sleeknote.

Our approach was that a relevant collection method would yield a higher conversion rate. Therefore, we created different sleeknotes for each page and made sure that the slide-ins always matched the content on the specific page. We completed the challenge and Sleeknote was responsible for 20% of all the collected leads.

Today, we still use Sleeknote. We primarily use it to collect email addresses and qualified leads who we can call. We also use it to make quick offers as the travel industry is highly influenced by external factors. Take the weather for example; If the weather is bad in Denmark, we can sell travels very quickly by creating a sleeknote saying: “Tired of the bad weather? Go to Turkey and enjoy the beach”.

We also use sleeknotes to sell last minute travels.

Here is an example of a sleeknote we use to sell last minute travels from our website. It says:: “Are you ready to travel within 48 hours? Let us call you and give you an offer”.

What is the best things about Sleeknote?

Another thing I like about Sleeknote is that we’re able to separate the traffic on various parameters which means that we can adapt the content of our sleeknotes to the specific page the visitor is on. This way, we ensure relevance between the visitors intentions and the content we present to them.

What results have you achieved?

Our newsletter signup sleeknote has been viewed +1,500,000 times. Furthermore, We have acquired +32,000 leads, which gives us a conversion rate of 2,1 %.
