Klunzshop consists of three physical clothing stores located in Ribe, Denmark. The three stores needed a place to sell their clothes online, so they decided to merge and create a joint ecommerce shop. We’ve been online for 5 years now and have around 10,000 visitors a month. We sell clothing for both men and women.

There is around 25 employees in the physical stores, but we only have 2 people managing our ecommerce shop.

Why did you choose Sleeknote and what do you use it for today?

We were looking for a way to collect leads and get signups for our newsletter. Our web bureau recommended Sleeknote, so we decided to give it a try and sign up for a free trial. We discovered how user friendly Sleeknote is, and that we didn’t have to spend a lot of time creating and customizing our sleeknotes, which is why we chose Sleeknote.

We use Sleeknote to collect leads, which is very effective. We don’t use newsletters as much as we should, due to lack of time, so right now we only send around 2-3 newsletters a month. Since our email list is growing rapidly, we want to focus more on newsletters in the future, and our goal is to send 2 newsletters a week.

Right now we’re redesigning our entire website and we plan to include Sleeknote even more in the new design. We will use it as a contact formula and to announce new sales and discounts. I truly believe this will be a great success.

What is your favorite Sleeknote function or option?

I have two functions I would like to mention. The first one is the drag-n-drop editor, and the second one is the A/B split testing feature.

What are your results with Sleeknote?

In general, Sleeknote has given us amazing results. The sleeknote we use right now has a conversion rate of 1,6%. What’s even more interesting is that the order value is way above average when the customers come from our newsletter.

Book a Sleeknote introduction with your customer success team. I did, and they told me about the features and how to use them. They also gave me their best practices. Since then, it’s been easy to create and customize our sleeknotes.
