Why did you choose to use Sleeknote, and what do you use it for today?

Our main issue was: “How do we get our database to grow?” And we found out, that we could use popups. We looked towards other major players on the market, and noticed that popups have given great results, and we wanted to try it out ourselves.

We use it to get newwletter signups and to share all sorts of information as well. Sleeknote is super useful when we want to create awareness towards a certain landing page or service on our site. As an example, when our customers buy bricks, they often forget to buy pallets that they can store the bricks on.
We have solved that problem by having a Sleeknote on all the pages with bricks, which reminds the customers to get pallets too. This has helped our customer service a lot, as they don’t have to edit orders and take calls from all the customers who forgot.

What results have you achieved?

We have gotten a lot more sign ups for our newsletter. Last time we ran a newsletter campaign, we got 7000 new sign-ups. Apart from that, we can see a clear difference between when we are just asking the visitors to “sign up” and when we do a competition like “sign up and win a gift certificate”.

What is your favorite Sleeknote function or option?

The templates are incredibly helpful.

Do you have any advice for me, if I were to try Sleeknote?

Just try all the different features and functions. Make sure you are not too intrusive or too annoying. Even though we get a lot of positive feedback on our popups, some visitors don’t like them and find them very irritating. So be careful. Sometimes I remove the Sleeknote on mobile devices as an example.

How has the collaboration with Sleeknote been?

I have chatted with the Sleeknote Team, and my issue got handled extremely fast. Because Sleeknote is so easy, I haven’t actually needed a lot of help.
